Not had Sardinian cuisine before, but on this evidence I’ll definitely be seeking it out again.
Essentially robust Italian style dishes, but with a distinctly French feel. Don’t know why that should be, but that’s the impression I got.
The food is really well cooked and presented, and the atmosphere is chic and relaxed.
Had a good meal here the other week, very good simple food – quite a few of us went for the fish (Sea Bass or Swordfish) which were perfectly cooked, the meat dishes looked fantastic too though, and the “large cous-cous” was an interesting addition.
